My Story: The End of "Trying Harder"

For years, I believed that achieving big goals was about raw effort and willpower. I'd set ambitious resolutions, go all-in for a week, and inevitably burn out and fall back to my old ways. I read the books, watched the videos, but nothing stuck.

The turning point came when I realized the problem wasn't me—it was my method. I was relying on motivation, a finite and unreliable resource.

I shifted my focus from grand gestures to tiny, repeatable systems. Instead of "go to the gym for an hour," it became "put on your running shoes." That small change, and the accountability to do it every day, created a ripple effect that transformed my health, work, and life. I created The Momentum Method to share that same systematic approach with others who are tired of starting over.

My Philosophy

My "Why" I believe the most frustrating feeling in the world is knowing you have more to offer but being unable to deliver on it consistently. I've seen too many brilliant people get stuck in a cycle of procrastination, their best ideas living and dying in their minds.

My purpose is to break that cycle. I do this by coaching people on a systematic method for building discipline, not because I believe in 'hustle,' but because I believe the world is a better place when good people can consistently share their gifts.
